Red Trail Energy LLC's Fifth Annual Meeting

Red Trail Energy LLC.‘s 5th Annual Meeting was held on June 23rd at the Ramkota Hotel in Bismarck, ND. There were 26,649,687 votes represented in person or by proxy at the meeting. In order for Proposal #1 to pass, there needed to be a 66.67% of total outstanding units voting in favor of it. Due to the low number of attendance, even with a 100% approval rate of the presented units the percentage was still too low to pass the proposal. From the units that did vote, 85% were in favor of Proposal #1.
